The challenge

SyncEV does not chase drivers. Property developers, contractors and electricians install its units and resell them, so the trade is the real customer.

That audience works mainly in French, so the site needed to lead in French with English close at hand. It also had to make two offers easy to grasp, a revenue program paid by the kilowatt hour and a package for multi-unit residential buildings, and give installers on the road a quick way to start a conversation.

Our approach

Our planning started from one decision: every block addresses the trade, never the driver. The revenue program sits high on the homepage in a section of its own, and the multi-unit building offer comes straight after it, so the two money conversations happen first.

The visual direction is dark with bright yellow highlights. Figures on chargers installed and clients served sit in cards that glow like a charge light.

We then added a switch between French and English, a fold-out FAQ that covers professional access, a link into the client charging portal, plus an enquiry form set beside a Google Map of stations. Phone visitors see the stat cards, map and form in a single stack, with fields sized for typing while parked at a job site.

The results

French is the default language and English sits one click away. Installers and developers who press a call to action land in the team's enquiry queue, and on a phone they can read about the revenue program, find stations on the map and send a message from wherever the job takes them.
