The challenge

The practice wanted people to feel they knew its dentists and assistants before booking. Generic stock smiles would never do that.

Patients also look up the same things over and over: where the clinic is, when it opens, the phone number, emergency care and the public dental care plan. Those answers had to be easy to reach, and the site needed to help the practice show up when people nearby in Belle River and Lakeshore search for a dentist.

Our approach

Every member of staff appears in the hero photo, dressed in black scrubs, with a simple invitation to meet them. Above the menu, a slim bar lists the county address, the morning opening time and the phone line. Emergency care, the areas served and the dental care plan each became main menu items, supported by a section written for local searches.

The practice's gold-bronze colour runs through wide bands, where white line drawings of teeth mark implant, children's, restorative and prosthodontic care.

The WordPress build adds a concerns slider with dot navigation for issues like gum disease and tooth pain, a staff carousel moved by arrows, a contact form that asks how the patient prefers a reply, and a floating call button. On phones the header trims down to the logo, a gold phone icon and the menu, and the hero crops closer to the team.

The results

New patients meet the people first, then find hours, location and contact details without digging. The live site shows the clinic's community award badges for dentistry, ends with a free whitening offer tied to a first exam, and uses a footer that separates emergency appointments available every day from regular hours.
