The challenge
Sleep apnea is the focus of Zoellner Medical Group, which works alongside partner health providers. Its patients are often worn out from poor sleep, and they should not have to struggle through dense, clinical pages to find help.
The practice wanted a plain, patient-centred site. It needed to explain the path from first contact to treatment in simple terms, make the consultation step obvious, describe CPAP therapy in everyday language and let people ask for an appointment with as little effort as possible.
Our approach
We reduced the patient journey to three simple cards: describe the problem, have a consultation, then receive treatment and relief. The consultation card, the step every patient must take, is lifted and coloured purple so it catches the eye.
The palette uses gentle lavender and blue tones with plenty of white space. Instead of stock images of medical equipment, the page opens on a photo of someone sleeping peacefully.
Our team presented the CPAP explainer in the practice's own straightforward voice, added a strip that introduces the group's related businesses, and built the appointment form. On phones the journey cards stack in sequence, and the form asks only for a name, an email address and a message, so a tired patient can finish it quickly.
The results
Zoellner Medical Group now greets visitors with calm, readable guidance and a short path to booking. Beside the booking form, a short warning urges patients not to delay care. Links lead to the group's related businesses, and the phone number is shown near the top and again at the bottom.
