The challenge

Behind Carrie Smith Health is a Cincinnati coach, certified in both fitness and health, who runs a fat loss program with a recurring bootcamp. Many of the people she works with have already tried diet after diet and are wary of big promises.

The website needed to win over those doubtful visitors. Rather than leading with a sales pitch, it had to explain how the approach works, show a real person behind it and gather interest from people not yet ready to join.

Our approach

The homepage explains the program's core foundations, including carb cycling, eating whole foods, counting macros and intermittent fasting, before it presents the offer. A card grid then lists member benefits such as a tailored nutrition plan, short workouts and daily meal guidance. Each main topic also has its own menu link.

The styling is gentle: blush and cream panels, a muted teal monogram, spaced-out headings and generous space, far from the loud look of typical fitness brands. Photos combine the coach's beach portrait with overhead shots of healthy food.

A free travel guide, offered next to the introduction, is the main way visitors join the list, and the footer adds a recipe newsletter. Her photo and a way to get in touch stay on screen in a profile card, so a real face sits next to the program. On phones that card moves below the portrait, and font sizes were tuned so the pale palette stays readable.

The results

Before any sales ask, visitors to Carrie Smith Health learn how the method works and can grab the travel guide or subscribe for recipes. The coach writes her own blog posts and can update bootcamp details for each new round without calling in a developer, while the FAQs answer common questions along the way.
