The challenge
Oklahoma Pedorthics Lab has spent many years fitting people with diabetes for proper footwear, working from its lab in Fairfax and serving patients across Oklahoma and Texas.
The website had to talk to two groups at the same time. Patients want to understand diabetic shoes and braces in plain language, while clinics and medical equipment suppliers want a fast way to send orders and learn about working together. Neither audience should have to wade through content meant for the other.
Our approach
We gave referring providers their own space in the menu, with a dropdown for providers and a separate order form link. The homepage opens with cards for the main areas of work: diabetic shoes, custom ankle-foot braces, and partnerships with durable medical equipment suppliers.
The design stays clinical and calm in blue and white. Bare feet on a track fill the opening image, the footprint logo carries the brand, and the About section shows a single diabetic shoe from above.
A brands section presents each footwear and brace maker on a logo card, explaining in simple words who each product helps. The contact area sits on a blue gradient and asks for a name, email and message. On phones, all cards fall into one column under a menu button, and the form fields stay full width so it is easy to complete.
The results
Providers can reach the order form directly from the main menu, and patients can learn which products suit them, including a brace designed to help prevent falls. The Fairfax address of Oklahoma Pedorthics Lab is published for patients and equipment partners alike, so both audiences know where to find the team.
