The challenge
Oklahoma Advantage Storehouse provides home medical equipment from its base in Fairfax, Oklahoma, and its visitors fall into two camps. Some are patients researching equipment for the very first time. Others are long-standing customers who simply want to reorder supplies or settle a bill.
The site needed to serve both without slowing either down. People with an urgent need also had to reach a real person quickly, and the whole experience had to reflect the company's focus on service.
Our approach
We put both shortcuts at the top of every page. A reorder menu covers wound care, CPAP, urology, ostomy and diabetic supplies, and a bill payment button sits beside it. Below the banner, three cards highlight wound therapy vacuums, home ventilators and an always-visible card for emergency calls.
Clinical blue and white set the tone, supported by genuine care photos, such as a patient taking his own blood pressure. A caduceus badge marking the company's long experience does the credentialing work instead of generic icons.
We added equipment sections for glucose monitoring, CPAP devices and custom ankle-foot bracing, plus a short, stepped guide to picking home equipment. A row of well-known supplier logos adds trust, and a simple contact form sits next to a map of the Fairfax store. Urgent mobile visitors see the emergency card spread across the screen beneath the banner, ready to dial.
The results
Resupply requests, bill payment and the contact form all worked from the first day. Returning customers can reorder or pay without hunting through the site, while new patients learn their options at their own pace. A panel on why to choose the company explains coverage through tribal programs, SoonerCare, Medicare and Medicaid, plus clinical support at any hour.
