The challenge

When a bar or nightclub is sued over serving alcohol, Liability Experts steps in to help defend it. The firm sells to two groups with different priorities: owners who want their venue protected, and attorneys looking for a credible expert for a dram shop case.

Both groups check evidence carefully before they reach out. The website had to feel serious, show real experience, explain a broad set of services, and let a lawyer start a conversation at whatever point they stop reading on a long page.

Our approach

Evidence comes first. Large animated counters fill the screen with the number of venues the firm has worked with across the country and how often its people have testified as experts. A short list of five service areas sits just beneath the main heading, and copper banners appear at intervals down the page, each inviting contact.

Behind the hero, courthouse columns sit under a navy tint, with the firm's bronze crest in the middle. Card photos are greyscale on purpose, which leaves copper as the only strong colour.

On WordPress we set up the animated counters, a set of progress bars on risk and evidence topics, a rotating strip of training and industry body logos, and a compact contact form in the footer. On phones, two matching buttons sit side by side under the crest, and service cards drop into a single stack, each title set on a navy strip.

The results

A free case review button stays fixed in the header, so a request is always within reach. Before making contact, an owner or attorney can see the firm's record, the many decades of hands-on venue knowledge its team shares and the full spread of services, then reach out from whichever section they happen to be reading.
