The challenge
Few things worry a homeowner like finding water on the basement floor. People who contact Paul’s Basement Waterproofing are often in that moment, and they want to know fast that a capable team can fix it.
The family-run company needed a site that settles those nerves right away. It had to show the full range of repair work, explain what happens once someone gets in touch, prove the jobs are real and make it easy to request a quote on whatever device the visitor has in hand.
Our approach
A reassuring headline about a dry, safe home sits over photos of actual basement projects. Beneath it, one image strip introduces every service, including foundation and crack repair, helical piles and crawl space sealing. Three cards then set out what follows: get in touch, receive an assessment and price, and see the work start.
The red and blue in the logo set the colour scheme. Every photo comes from real jobs, such as membrane being fitted to foundation walls, and a crew photo in matching red shirts closes the story.
We created a page for each service, a section on how the company puts customers first, a financing notice in the top bar and a carousel that brings in Google reviews beside a link for leaving one. On a phone the layout drops to one column, the contact card stays first, and a quote button is always close by.
The results
Every service page was live at launch, and the carousel displayed a large collection of Google reviews from past customers. Homeowners can see genuine work, understand how a job unfolds and ask for a price on a phone or a computer. A footer that lists each town served helps locals confirm they are covered.
