The challenge

Lee Weddings leads everything from quick legal signings at the courthouse to complete ceremonies, travelling across the Greater Toronto Area. Couples compare officiants fast and often decide during one sitting, so the site needed to earn their trust the moment they arrived.

That meant clearing up every likely doubt about cost, travel charges and who would actually stand at the front, then placing the enquiry form where a ready couple would see it without hunting.

Our approach

We ordered the homepage around the questions couples ask in turn. Cards speak to different kinds of couples, from those who just need a courthouse signing to LGBTQ couples looking for an inclusive officiant. Packages come next, then a travel charge table, a short biography, photos from real ceremonies, reviews and a detailed FAQ, so money questions are settled early.

Soft cream paired with gold sets the tone, with small gold script lines above a serif italic headline, and package cards rest on soft photos of candles and teddy bears to match the fairytale feel. In the WordPress build, the enquiry form is the centrepiece, asking for contact details, the wedding date, a package choice and notes about the ceremony. An accordion FAQ, a travel fee card by area and a ceremony gallery complete it. On phones, the main booking button becomes a wide gold pill above the packages link.

The results

In a single visit, a couple can compare packages, add up the travel charge for their town and send an enquiry. Pricing doubts are dealt with on the page, and the form itself promises a quick reply, which helps couples feel confident about getting in touch.
