Iron Gate Assets

The challenge

People shopping for machinery, farmland or planes tend to skip long blocks of text. Iron Gate Assets wanted a brand statement that makes sense at a glance, not a homepage that asks visitors to scroll through section after section.

The business also had listings still being added. The website needed to look confident and complete from the start while leaving room for inventory, financing information and job openings to grow over time.

Our approach

We cut the pitch down to a row of tall image panels, one for each asset class: land, buildings, heavy equipment, autos and aviation. A red ticker scrolls across the page, and the menu holds the for-sale listings, financing and careers.

The styling is deliberately industrial. The silver logo sits on black, each white label gets a small red mark, and darkened photos of an excavator, an airfield and an engine keep decoration out of the way.

On WordPress, we set up the moving banner, connected every panel to its matching for-sale category, and prepared templates for financing, careers and the blog. On small screens, visitors swipe down through the same imagery stacked one above another, and the moving banner never stops.

The results

The brokerage now has a fast, focused brand home that ends with a clear prompt to start looking for an investment. Because the listing, financing and careers templates are already in place, the team can add inventory behind the simple front page as it comes in.
