The challenge
Lawyers choosing an expert witness form an opinion about credibility almost instantly. Expert Witness Team wanted its site to carry the weight of a legal reference library rather than a sales page.
The group brings together specialists in premises, construction, security and dram shop cases for firms across the country. One site had to act as their shared home, show evidence of past work, and steer every visitor toward a single action: asking for a free consultation.
Our approach
We built the homepage as a sequence of proof. Visitors meet the services grid, move through case study rows and attorney testimonials, and reach the expert directory last, so the booking form arrives once trust is established. Right under the hero, a numbered strip sums up the whole offer in a trio of short statements.
Courtroom photography sets the mood: a gavel and scales behind the headline, dark bands of navy and old gold, and ivory behind the services so the practice tiles look like pages from a printed brochure.
The WordPress build adds case study rows that open on click, a testimonial slider, expert cards linking to each person's social profiles, and an appointment form with a client type menu beside the visiting hours. Because the audience spans the whole country, the site also offers a language switcher alongside accessibility controls. On phones the consultation button runs full width and the numbered strip turns into single rows.
The results
Attorneys now meet services, case studies, testimonials and expert profiles before the consultation form, and every section links back to that request. The page ends on an email signup, followed by a footer of major news network and business press logos reflecting press coverage of the team's courtroom work.
