The challenge

Bay Master Automotive Shop offers software that helps auto repair businesses run their day-to-day operations. A standard brochure website would not do the job: the homepage had to argue like a software product page and persuade busy shop owners to ask for a demo.

Those owners often look at new tools on whatever phone is nearby at the service counter. The page needed to explain a wide feature set without becoming long and tiring on a small screen.

Our approach

The homepage is a decision path for a shop owner. A strip of trust badges comes first, followed by feature sections on running the shop and managing customers, a block of testimonials from auto shops, and a grid of icons summing up the platform, before a final section on invoicing. The hero pairs a laptop showing sales dashboards with one clear demo button.

Sections alternate between white and very light grey, and some words in the navy headings turn a brighter blue. Photos stay on mechanics in real garages.

Feature areas work like accordions. Payments starts expanded to list its selling points, and the rest, including vehicle scanning, digital invoices and remote payment, stays shut until tapped. A rotating quote from a long-standing customer adds proof. Small screens get the review site badges in a single vertical line, and closed accordions stop the page from growing too long.

The results

Shop owners can now scan the whole platform quickly, open only the features they care about and request a demo from the header. Legal pages sit in the navy footer, and the blog is set up and ready for the company's upcoming articles.
