The challenge
Many window companies in the area rely on pushy selling. Better Window & Door wanted its website to feel like the opposite: honest, patient and free of pressure, backed by a long local track record and installs done by its own people, never by outside crews.
There was plenty to explain. Homeowners compare many window types, want proof of quality and need to know the company works in their town, so the content had to be organised clearly and reach searchers in each community the business covers.
Our approach
Content falls into two groups of four. The first explains the services, from installation to energy upgrades, and the second sets out quality promises around careful fitting, easy replacements, custom design and weather protection. A window style catalogue, customer reviews, an FAQ in two columns and a news feed follow, and a locations menu opens individual town pages.
The opening image shows a brick home inside a deep navy frame, and navy then alternates with white, with small blue labels over headings.
Our team drew the styles as technical diagrams rather than photos. Each card, from casement and bay to double hung and picture, pairs a schematic with a note on where that style suits best, so the section reads like a product manual. Beside the star-rated reviews, paired buttons let visitors ask for a quote without pressure or simply phone. On mobile the drawings stack full width and FAQ answers open with a tap.
The results
A free consultation invitation closes the page just above the footer, after a Windsor-focused FAQ and a carousel of recent articles. Along the way, homeowners can compare styles, read reviews and request a quote without being pushed. Individual town pages support local searches.
