The challenge
The people who find Rescue My Bar are usually owners watching their bar lose money, sometimes close to giving up. Before they ask for help, they need to believe this team really can change the outcome.
That trust rests on the founder's decades of experience designing and running hospitality venues, so the website had to put it up front. It also had to present six quite different kinds of help in a way that makes sense, whether an owner has a small service problem or a business that needs someone to step in and run it.
Our approach
We lined up the six specialties as a ladder of support. Lighter help comes first, such as improving the guest experience and reviewing profits, followed by a detailed audit of operations and staff training manuals, with hands-on management and corporate events at the far end. The more serious the problem, the further an owner reads.
Specialty photos sit inside round frames backed by swipes of gold paint, all over an aged paper background where subheadings look hand-lettered. Some images are deliberately loud, like a frazzled bartender.
The build includes alternating left and right specialty blocks, a services carousel laid out like a drinks menu, a black navigation bar that stays fixed with a contact button, and a round video frame for the company channel. On phones the circles hold their framing, the blocks become a simple feed and the gold contact button appears on the first screen.
The results
Rescue My Bar went live with its message about profitability at the centre of the page. The services carousel links directly into the contact flow, so an owner who has decided to reach out can contact the team from the list of offerings without searching for a form.
