The challenge
Bounce USA rents out bounce houses, water slides, carnival games and more for parties around Buffalo and Erie County. Most of its customers are parents organising a celebration, and they want to know a few things fast: what is available, what it costs, and whether it is free on their date.
The homepage had to answer those questions without anyone calling, while handling a large and growing range of rental equipment spread across many categories.
Our approach
We built the homepage like a shop window. Large tiles at the top lead to the main groups, such as inflatables and water slides. Rows for each rental category follow, each ending in a bar that opens the full list, while delivery areas, the FAQ and the blog have their own pages.
The look is cheerful: a sky blue base, deep blue bars with bold white category names, and one orange tile for party snacks. White card backgrounds let the bright rentals stand out.
Prices sit on each card, and every route ends at a reservation step tied to the event date. We also added a pinned map of the warehouse in Tonawanda, a grid listing the towns covered, and a rotating strip of Google reviews. On phones, call and booking links stay in the header, category rows become swipeable strips, and photos are compressed for mobile data.
The results
Parents can now browse the full priced range, pick a date and reserve equipment from their phone. The delivery area list, including Tonawanda and Orchard Park, is published, real reviews build confidence, and new rentals can be added one category at a time while the layout stays the same.
