The challenge

Premises Liability Expert supplies expert witnesses to lawyers handling claims about unsafe property. This project was about booking first and foremost: an attorney should see who the experts are and be able to request support straight away.

Lawyers also want to understand the process before they commit a case. They need to know what happens after a request, when payment is due and how files are handed over, and they need to recognise their own type of incident among the cases the group covers.

Our approach

The opening banner features the experts themselves, alongside a card for requesting support that promises a response at any hour. On phones that request form comes first, before any service content.

Midway down, a numbered path lays out the engagement in order: book a review of the case, talk through what is needed, agree the scope and settle the invoice, then send over the files for review and a report.

Rather than courtroom clichés, the case categories use scene-setting photos: a retro bowling lane for venue incidents, a slippery floor warning, a bar. Each sits in a rounded pale blue panel. There are two booking forms, one at the top and one next to the office map, each with a dropdown for the service needed and a field for where the complaint arose. Every featured expert card also has its own appointment button.

The results

Premises Liability Expert went live with both booking forms working, featured expert profiles, and a gallery of case types that covers issues such as underage drinking and negligent supervision. Weekday hours are posted beside the map of the Las Vegas headquarters. An attorney on a phone or desktop can move from spotting a matching case type to requesting an expert on one page.
