The challenge
Construction superintendents in San Jose call on Cal Pro Site Services when a job needs toilets on site or a fence around it. These buyers are busy and plan around the day concrete arrives. A glossy brochure does nothing for them.
What they need to learn is whether equipment can show up on the exact day the crew needs it, and roughly what it will cost. Waiting on a callback just to get a quote slows the whole job, so that back-and-forth had to go.
Our approach
Our team built the homepage around one action: checking availability. The first screen holds a short form that asks which service is needed, the delivery day and the zip code. Plan cards follow with starting rates for toilets, temporary fencing and permanent fencing, so cost is clear before anyone picks up the phone.
The colour scheme borrows the high-visibility red and black of construction safety signs, and every photo shows real installed fencing and lined-up restroom units rather than stock images. A simple three-step graphic explains how a booking works, and a dated gallery of past jobs runs from festival grounds to industrial installs. On a phone, the form fields sit one above another at full width, and calling the office takes a single tap on the header number.
The results
Crews can now confirm a delivery date, see what each service starts at and book any of the three rentals straight from a job site, with no quote request in between. The restroom plan lists its safety compliance and weekly servicing, which answers the usual questions up front, and a tap on the header number still reaches the office for anyone who would rather talk.
