The challenge
LCG Canada builds residential towers for the Toronto development firms it partners with. Those firms judge a contractor partly on how it presents itself, so the company needed a corporate presence that looks as established as the clients it serves.
The builder has a long record of completed homes and several flagship towers to point to. The job was to put that evidence first, make clear which buildings are finished and which are still going up, and let a busy developer grasp all of it with very little scrolling.
Our approach
Trust shaped every choice we made. The structure is small, with five areas: a home page, an introduction to the company, its services, its portfolio and a contact page. At the top, a slider cycles through short brand messages over an evening photo of the city skyline, with the portfolio grid right after.
Charcoal greys do most of the work, and one green, lifted from the cube logo, outlines the main headline. Portfolio cards stay white and simple so the tower photos lead.
The site runs on WordPress. Every project card credits the developer behind the tower and carries a label showing whether it is done or under construction. The footer splits into three columns, keeping general links away from legal and accessibility pages. On phones, the menu becomes a green square icon, slide text drops below its headline, and the slider arrows turn into big, easy touch targets.
The results
LCG Canada now hands prospective partners a clear record of its work. A developer can take in the company's promise, see the scale of what it has delivered and open a finished tower after only a short scroll. Because each project names its developer and its current stage, the portfolio reads quickly and backs up every claim on the page.
