The challenge
After more than four decades as a family physician in Brampton, Dr. Vaidyanathan wanted a place where patients could learn, not just a digital brochure. His care runs from newborns to older adults, and he wanted all of it explained clearly.
The site had to take appointment requests online and stay comfortable for older patients using phones. He also wanted his own poetry about health and faith to sit in the main menu, treated as seriously as the blog.
Our approach
The homepage follows a calm order: a welcome hero, an introduction to the doctor, a grid of service cards, a section on why health comes first, the appointment request and patient testimonials. Services include general medical care, travel and yellow fever vaccines, TB skin testing, newborn circumcision, minor procedures, elderly care and early pregnancy support. The poetry page shares the top menu with the blog on equal terms.
The doctor appears as a cut-out portrait over a blue gradient, framed by dotted accents. White outline icons on navy cards keep the services tidy, and round badges mark his experience between white sections.
The appointment area pairs a photo panel and short intro with the request form. Every card links onward to a fuller page on that treatment. On mobile the cards run full width one after another, a call button stays pinned in the header, and form fields fill the screen.
The results
Each service now has its own page to read, appointment requests arrive online, and a testimonial slider presents the experiences of patient families. The launch also brought a video band promoting long-term wellbeing and gave the doctor's poems a lasting spot in the navigation.
