The challenge

The same group of experts already ran a bright blue site whose job was to sell engagements. This second domain served a different purpose: convincing attorneys that the team's experience is deep and well documented.

Their background spans decades of running, managing and advising hospitality businesses. The new site had to lead with that history, back it with evidence, and look nothing like the sister brand so lawyers would never confuse them. It also needed a way to grow a readership through articles and email.

Our approach

The hero opens on a circular badge marking the team's decades in the field, alongside a short statement of that experience. Below it, each section adds weight: an introduction to independent evaluation with a video preview, a band of large figures on protocols and operations reviewed, cards for practice areas, profiles of experts with senior executive titles, and a blog on dram shop law that leads into a newsletter signup.

The look runs dark and editorial to set it apart from its brighter sibling, pairing a nearly black opening panel with serif type, bronze laurel ornaments and plain text arrows for the slides.

Our WordPress build covers the sliding hero, animated counters, a carousel of practice areas, a rotating testimonial section and a tagged grid of recent articles. On phones the logo sits centred between the menu and search icons, the hero subline stays readable over a dark photo, and the slide links become large tap targets.

The results

Within the group, this domain now carries the credibility role. It supports the team's claims with figures, publishes articles on alcohol liability and collects newsletter sign-ups, while the other site handles choosing a service. Each property makes a separate argument, so they do not compete for one visitor's attention.
